so i basically did nothing i just ran a little bit. but i only did my stretching and ran over a couple of hurdles today cause we have state on friday and coach didnt tell me to do anything other than the hurdles. i am starting to get a little sad cause i checked my blood pressure and my pulse and they have gone up since the last time. i was like an 84 pulse and my blood pressure was 134/73 . and teh reason for that is my endurance is going down quit a ways and it sucks. alot. |
