ran 5 200s with a 100 meter rest inbetween. after practice holt was about to do his easy three mile warm up so i went with him. we did 2450. i felt pretty good up until the last half mile to three quarters of a mile then i lost it. had to stop because of my shins and also i felt like i was going to puke. so i started walking then i started running again and the feeling of puking was still thier so i walked again until i got to stock truss yard and then i started running. i felt really weak and when i finished i had absolutly no sweat left. which was a terrible thing to happen. but it was like 100 degrees out today |
