coach casperson had us run 400 repeats which were not to bad we only did five of them . all of them were under 1:10 decker said that he was running them at about 1:09 and i was a little ahead of him by maybe 3 or 4 seconds so they were all kept within 1 or 2 seconds. cappy told us to do 3 and get a drink so me and decker did and after we were done we did our last 2. it was surprisingly harder to do the last two mainly because my throat was drying up and after the last one i was kinda choking on the little dangly thing in your throat. |
